“I am very pleased with the manager whom I dealt with. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Regarding delivery, he was very accommodating. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I made the mistake a few years ago of going to the Dump and didn't get a Lazy Boy. I had Lazy Boys in the past and should have stuck with them. The couch from the Dump had an indentation from where I sat. This never happened with Lazy Boy. Lazy Boy products sell themselves. That's how well they are constructed.”
