“Excellent service, great people. My 2015 CRV had a rear main seal leak and the dealership wanted a small fortune for the repair. Naperville Automotive Solutions fixed not only the leak but also the timing actuator and a few more issues and I still paid less than what the dealership wanted. Geoff was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain the process in terms that made sense to a person who doesn't know much about car parts. The technician J. C. did a great job with the repair because now my car is running like new. “This place is definitely the place to go. I have been taking my vehicle to the Lombard location and the customer service is amazing. They are honest and I have noticed that not only through my interactions with them but with others as well. I had taken my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes but when I got there and they inspected my brakes they showed me that my breaks where good and still had a while until they needed to be changed out. When I take in my vehicle with any concerns I take it with confidence knowing I will get honest answers. So thank you guys! 10 out of 10 will send people your way.”

I called to let them know that I’m running late and couldn’t make my 12:30 appointment.
They didn’t get that online appointment but they still accommodated me.
I’ve called several shops and an auto diagnostics was $20-30 more elsewhere.
I was planning on purchasing this used car but I wanted to know what repairs needed
to be done. I was then able to negotiate 800 less on the purchase price of this car. Worth the $60 complete diagnostic charge.
They did a top notch job. They took over 1 hour and at the end I received a diagnostic report
of all the issues on this car.”

They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". Ok, it’s been a few weeks and my Ford E350 Van that sat in my driveway for about two years is back on the road. Brakes, power steering, computer glitches and a list of other miscellaneous were all repaired. They sure know what they are doing we trust EDS. Enough so that we took the van on a family vacation, our adult kids and our grandkids. Thank you Nate and Doug for a job well done. Jason however, I don’t even like him TOUCHING my vehicles. “Went to Sparks for a pre-purchase inspection on my 2019 BMW X3 that I recently bought from CarMax.
