I have an old IKEA bookcase that came apart during the move. They put it back together!It was a complex move involving three locations. They did a fantastic job. Just amazing.”

“Rented an imdoor.space here for the third time. It's an excellent place and very clean. I rent the inside climate controlled units and they are exceptional. With this new contract I was helped by a gentleman named Sam. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer.service. I have many options.to rent spaces in the Fox Valley area. But.people.like.Sam make.it an easy decision on where to rent. Need more.Sams in the customer service.world! Top notch.”

“The Bolingbrook location is very clean with easy access. But what makes this location fantastic are the people working there: Lisa and Leo. They are the most service-oriented people we have met (comparing it with other storage locations). If you are looking for a clean, well maintained storage location, and great people to deal with, this might be the place you would like to consider.”

“I've rented here for a few years. Clean, safe atmosphere and the staff is lovely. They worked with us when we downsized our unit, and even though we don't live nearby anymore, I haven't moved the unit because I know my stuff is safe there.”

“More expensive than the other options but it has a good system to sign up, timed lights for each unit, and the units are clean and clear. Doors were recently painted fresh enamel coat of PS orange within the last 2 months, and they got a little paint in my lock I needed to clear and scratch off but I appreciate they’re taking care of their property.Hours could be 24/7 but they’re not.Mandatory insurance (requirement) feels unnecessary but is likely a liability reducer so they save on their insurance policy or something like that. Add $20 a month to your rental for this. Hence 4 stars. I’m only renting short term and moving to a cheaper unit once I am fully moved into my new digs.”

“Angela at Addison is great ! She helped me upgrade to a bigger storage unit . This place is clean! each entrance has a cart so you can load . Pull in garage is very nice . Has a bathroom that’s clean . The best is the music they play when your moving your stuff in , I find myself singing along . Again this place is super clean ! Only thing I missed was the $25 credit I referred 2 people to this place . They also have storage unit . If you refer don’t forget to get your $25 credit . I missed both of mine .”

“We recently rented space for our travel trailer. Friendly and accommodating staff. Reasonable prices. Access hours are great and reasonable secure facility. Outdoor spacing can be tight in some places but the staff is very helpful in finding a spot that suits your needs.”

“The team at Prager is nothing short of amazing. The Prager team moved us from Illinois to Florida four years ago and Steve , Holly and Mark (our driver) we’re awesome. So, when we needed to move from Florida to Indiana, who did I call? Steve! He did the virtual estimate, and handled the initial coordination for the move. Steve did the estimate, and while we requested Mark, he was not available, but Seth was, and his efforts were every bit as good! Holly did an excellent job with communication and follow up, and Seth and his team were excellent.My appreciation to Steve, Holly, and Seth. “Great experience! I reserved a unit online and went into the store and David helped me and he was Great! personable friendly and very helpful... He provided me plenty of instruction which was very helpful. Unit was clean and easy to access... Rates seem to change weekly if not daily. The only hidden fee is a $3 energy fee which seems pretty lame since there is no place to use any energy... other than that I highly recommend!”

“Everything was as expected. Instructions were very clear and the unit was cleaned and ready for us. The main gate was wide open from the time we came, until we left so that felt a bit unsafe. Especially since this was our first time and we were planning on using the storage for our business. Also - I wasn’t aware that $12 monthly fees for insurance is mandatory - I already have another insurance for my business so not sure why I am paying for this separately?Other than that, the place is easy to find, staff is very helpful and friendly. Storage units are nice. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no insight help - I was told that the Aurora location handles admin for the Warrenville location. And they start to shut down around 5:30 (6pm closing time…). So just keep that in mind.”
