“We worked with Jackson Moving and Storage through the National network and their local affiliate All Chicagoland to coordinate our move from the Midwest to the west coast.
Our driver team, Ivan & Fabiola when they came to do a physical inventory on Tue 7/28 and then for the move the following day and they were very pleasant and friendly, and they were able to deliver several days earlier than they originally had forecast. There was absolutely no damage, no lost items, excellent help on both ends of loading and unloading. Also, the helpers on both ends of the move were excellent and careful with our stuff.
Our first contact on this move was Joe Illingsworth at All Chicagoland Moving. He was very responsive and easy to work with in getting our quotes and schedule arranged.
Honestly, we don’t know how the love could have gone better. We strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again for a future move.”

“Great service and pricing. I am editing my post from 5 stars to 1. After 4 months they increased my rate from $82.00 to $113. I will be contacting them about moving out tomorrow when the office opens.
Edited! Great support and help from the local office to the supervisor overseeing this office. I was surprised at how helpful and responsive everyone has been. That’s why I’m going back to give Public Storage the 5 star review again

If you need a U-Haul, the location that I initially went to was literally around the corner from home but driving 10 miles away to this one is surely worth it.
