We had a hard time finding a SUV with everything we were looking for, so we decided to look online and came across two SUVs that we could choose from. “I don’t usually post many reviews, but this one is a must. My experience at this dealership was absolutely phenomenal, with amazing service from the entire team.
Starting with Yesenia Soto, a sales consultant, she was outstanding from the first moment I reached out about a vehicle to the very last minute of the transaction. This wasn’t the easiest deal, but she made sure I was updated at every step, answered all my questions, and never once showed frustration. She truly went above and beyond to make it happen, even personally dropping off my van at my house. That’s top-class customer service.
Pete, the GM, was also fantastic, working hard to get me the best deal while being super friendly throughout.
Alex in finance was just as impressive, he explained all the paperwork thoroughly and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.
And here’s what really stood out: this wasn’t a big, high-dollar deal. It was a smaller purchase, but the entire team treated me with the same care and respect as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. That kind of honesty and attitude speaks volumes.
I will 100% be returning here in the future and will be recommending this dealership to family and friends.
