“Washington staff is very nice. CEFCU is a good credit union in the area. Will give it a 4 star rating. The only complaint I have is that if you have a credit card with CEFCU, fraud alerts happen way too frequently for credit card purchases. If you do not opt in for approving/denying purchases from your phone/app , it is a serious annoyance to have to get ahold of CEFCU over the phone to get your card turned back on. I have had to do this over 20 plus times, no exageration on that number. I appreciate the security department, but that is a serious issue that needs to be reevaluated for people who do not want to opt in to the notifications.”
