“Last week, I had the privilege of driving an elderly woman to the doctor. She lives temporarily in the nursing home and requested I use her car.
Her car had not been moved in probably over a year. It was a white car at one time but was mostly black from dirt, bugs, tree sap and grime. I just couldn’t show up with her car like that.
I stopped by Clean Car to run it through the wash. At the time, I didn’t have a lot of money on me and was just going to do the basic wash. Ashley suggested the higher level of washes, I then shared my why. Then….
Ashley and John blew my mind. They gave me the highest level of wash for FREE. When I came out and it was still not great because the car was really really dirty, they ran the car through again for FREE.
That is going above and beyond!! That is Waterloo-style! That is community!
I only wish Ashley and John could have seen the car owner’s face when I pulled up “at her service” with her shiny clean car. It was priceless!

“Love Brite WorX Car Wash…it is an excellent wash. All the nooks and crannies get washed. Love that the car smell fresh on the inside too. The staff is always polite and kind. They even went above and beyond helping me when I couldn’t get my new car in neutral. Great staff!”
“I always come here as the bays are clean and the vacuums are free. I also think the quality of the products they use is much better than other places. When I have used other car washes the soap, wax, etc., seem like they are diluted. I also like that a few bays have hand dryers.”

“Good do it yourself car wash. Equipment worked, coin machine was operational and the bays were clean. My only hesitation about this place is that the do it yourself car wash was pushing what a standard car wash would of costed. If I supply the labor, it should cost me less, not almost the same as a standard car wash.”

“Love this car wash. The dryer is broke but you can use the blower for free. I have a monthly carwash membership and it saves me money and time. It helps me keep my car nice.”
