“I’ve been a member of this car wash for a little over a year, and I’ve always had a great experience. I canceled my membership last month because I’m moving to another state. Today, the manager called me to let me know that the system had accidentally charged me for this month’s subscription and proactively issued me a refund.
It’s rare to see a business go out of its way to correct a mistake without the customer even noticing. It’s a pleasure doing business with honest people like this.”

Its a hit or miss and likely due to other customers however getting a call back from the number posted ' good luck with that. Ive never had a call returned. Over all I love this place!************ If there's a dry bay- assume its because of one of the sometimes listed above ! “It's cheaper than another local car. Wash, $25 for highest wash. All the equipment seemed to be working right. Automatic car washes never dry your car off totally, but like I said there's no ones that really do that so not really points off for that. Friendly staff, not pushy about membership. Will definitely go again”

Multiple options available for your own personal choosing , I really like their vending machine with micro fiber towels , interior cleaning supplies and air fresheners. “My tints turned out beautiful for the most part. My only complaint would be the time. It did take awhile. But the owner was working hard to service everyone and get everything done. And even though he had a dog allergy he still worked with my vehicle which had a dog cover in the back . He cleaned the car really nicely too. So now its fresh free from any hairs, and looks great. I took another vehicle hear before just for one window that the tint was messed up on and they repaired it easily. I'll definitely be back again. The qaulity of the work was worth the wait.”

“Best Waterway car wash I’ve tried! They did a manual pre-rinse on my car (guy with a sprayer) and it really made the difference getting up under the overhang of my minivan’s rear windshield - an area most automatic car washes miss.”

“I have full size SUV with roof box and it fit well into the car wash. They charge $2.25 for 4 minutes, my car was pretty dirty so I spent ~$11.5 for extensive washing and vacuum cleaning. I think that's very reasonable. Probably with a smaller cleaner car you could perhaps manage for half of that. I'll gladly come back next time.”

“I wanted a ceramic coating for my car. I gave it to Thomas who operates Shine Time. The paint needed attention. Thomas used a clay bar treatment to remove the embedded dirt, sap, and tar. He then applied the ceramic coating. He had the car for three days. He sent me pictures of the car as he progressed.
The car is a 2020 model year and it sits outside. I am pleased with the results. Water beads off the hood and roof. No dirt sticks to the finish.
Go to his shop if you want to be extreemly pleased. See the photo of my car in his shop at pick up!!!”

“Nice shaded area to wait for the bus. The drying stations for the cars is nicely done. Complimentary towels, glass cleaner and vacuums, plus BIG trash cans at your fingertips.
From my vantage point on the sidewalk, I noticed some employees in the dumpster corral and that skunky smell hit my nose. Can't blame them, cars come out cleaner with more attention to detail when you're in the right headspace. I have no idea how much a carwash is. I will say the vehicles that came out looked really good.”
