I watched a customer being really rude and disrespectful to Lonnie the young lady that was assisting. I want to say she handled him with grace, patience and professionalism. She stayed calm, respectful and never lost her cool. Quite honestly, I was impressed! She turned a very tough situation into a great example of how customer service should be done. Hope you all know how incredibly lucky you are to have her on your team. She is the epitome of what kind; professional customer service looks like!!

Was recommended to come here to flush transmission and called ahead to schedule they took all my information about the vehicle I drove 40min here only to be told they would not do it becasue of liability... ty for wasting my time and day lol.

Lonnie from the front desk at the service department was great. She gave me constant updates on a recall with parts on back order and a separate warranty claim. Lonnie made what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a stress free experience. Lonnie and the service techs really went the extra mile. Purchased a 2018 Ford edge from Sunset Ford Waterloo IL, Adrian was our salesman very nice and very helpful. We live an hour and a half from the dealership we purchased the car drove home and had a check engine light come on two days later. Contacted the dealership was told just to bring the car back and they would check it out. The car was A blue certified with a four month 4000 mile warranty. Come to find out the motor was bad , leaking antifreeze internally could’ve never been found if not thoroughly checked. Kyle Brewer is the sales manager and Lonnie Pope service advisor. After checking the car out, they decided to put a new engine in the car for us. Not a used engine a new Ford engine long block. 0 miles three year unlimited miles warranty. To say the least, we were very happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a new or used car.

Service manager doesn't know how to deal with the public, let alone how to speak to them. She ignores the phone, letting it ring ring ring and when she does answer it, she hangs up on you multiple times after you start talking. Very rude, needs some classes on people skills or maybe it's just time to retire.

Had an awesome experience with Salesperson Joe Hill! He was patient, stayed late for us, and went above and beyond to work out a deal that we were happy with! Very knowledgeable, really took the time to show us things about our new car that would’ve took us time to notice! So friendly! If you’re in the market for a Ford, Joe is your guy!!!
