The waterloo branch and Desirae far exceeded the expectations of a Verizon store. She went above and beyond to get us upgraded new phones and make sure ours were transferred and right with everything when we walked out of the store. I have never seen someone multitask and stay calm and so nice through it all. There were times she was helping 3 different customers at one time while training workers and taking meeting calls from Verizon. Words cannot express how happy we were with her and the service she gave. That is one employee Verizon should not lose.

Desiree was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in switching over my phone, Ipad, & watch to new ones and setting up TV streaming bundles. She did everything start to finish in a couple of hours - and I'm telling you, it was A LOT! I walked out with my new devices completely set up and functioning perfectly! Thank you, great experience!

Desarai at Russell cellular Verizon store in Waterloo is top notch! She has helped me several times over the past few months! She made purchasing a new phone fast and easy. She helped “fix” my phone when the online guy from Verizon didn’t finish setting up my eSIM card and my phone totally stopped working and she helped transfer data from my moms phone that wouldn’t hold a charge and we were struggling to figure out her password. I go to that store whenever I have any issue and she is always very polite, knowledgeable, and professional!
