The service manager stayed late to make sure we were comfortable and properly taken care of. We also rented a car right there at the dealership. “My son's band, Scarlet View, is on tour as I write this note, in my 40' RV. They had a tire failure, one of my biggest worries, in Joplin on Sunday, April 28th at 3:30PM. I called Goodyear's national emergency roadside service line, and they put me in touch with a local technician that was skilled, prompt, and - most importantly - fixed the problem without an up-sell.
