“We met with a color consultant from JC Licht and it was a fantastic experience! My wife and I always struggle picking the best colors for our house. Cindy came out to our house and within 30 minutes helped us pick the perfect colors to update through out the house. It was a great experience and we can't wait to see what everything looks like when it's done. Highly recommended!”

“I went into the Mundelein JCLicht store today. I needed paint for a project. Chris and Katie were both very helpful with helping me make a decision. I was talking about needing a good painter. They gave me a card for a local painter that came highly recommended. I appreciate all the help.”
“Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Treats both pros (me) and consumers (my wife) equally well and product knowledge is excellent and explained well”
“I stopped by Sherwin-Williams recently and had the best experience working with Kevin. The guy is an absolute wealth of information! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give me excellent, completely unbiased advice and recommendations. I left feeling totally confident about my project. Thank you”
“We were fortunate enough to work with Aaron at this particular Sherwin-Williams store. Aaron helped us find an alternate color for our remodel project. We just weren’t happy with the color we chose and Aaron helped us find a color that matched our criteria. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional and very cordial. Our transaction ended with a handshake which doesn’t seem to happen too often these days.
Thank you again!”
“I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service consistently provided by the team at the McHenry store.
Manager Bree is extremely knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions we have.
Victoria consistently goes above and beyond her duties, handling any product issues promptly and ensuring we’re fully supported every time.
Our representative, Travis, is by far the best rep we’ve had in our eight years working with Sherwin-Williams. He’s attentive, communicates regularly, and always follows up with calls or texts whenever an issue arises on a job.
The McHenry team truly represents the highest level of professionalism and customer care. Their dedication makes it a pleasure to do business with Sherwin-Williams.”
“This store always accommodates its customers, no matter if they are experienced professionals or less experienced homeowners. I needed a quart of stain matched from a sample I brought in and a staff member named Kenny did a great job. Thanks. I have enjoyed being a customer here since they opened some 20 or so years ago.”

“I cannot rave enough about the stellar customer service I have received from this location. Nick and Tyler, in particular, were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treated me with fairness and respect. In addition, I’m very satisfied with the products I purchased and would definitely go back in future!”
“It was great meeting with Stacey this morning and hearing about what Blue Jay Paint and Blinds in Lake Zurich has to offer. I'm excited to visit the shop soon and I appreciated Stacey's professionalism and information. Thanks Stacey!”

“Ordered a custom-sized sheet of tempered glass for my bar top. It's perfect. Kudos to the guy who helped me get it in the car even with the thunderstorm rolling through. He showed great care that I don't do anything to compromise the integrity of the glass getting it in my car. This is actually my second custom table top I had made from them. Thank you!”
