“We had a fantastic experience with Sharp Auto Body. Louie and his team saved us from a low ball repair offer from our insurance company, and even recommended a mediator to solve the discrepancy. The repairs were originally projected by the insurance company at only $1500 and after Louie’s assistance, the insurance company was forced to pay almost $12,000 in repairs on my wife’s brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. They were so kind and comforting throughout the whole ordeal and even gave us a free rental car to drive while the repairs and the mediation were going on. I will always highly recommend Sharp Auto Body as they are the pinnacle of auto body repair excellence!”

“Bill is a man of his word, work was completed as promised and on time, unfortunately I needed the vehicle back within a few days and communicated that with their team. They expressed that they’d do their best, which they certainly did! It’s not always that projects go as planned but he understood the process with confidence and had his team execute the repair. The repair included straightening and pulling a dent across 2 body lines. Roughly the size of a hand, then painting and blending due to the paint damage. Having multiple shops look at vehicle this was the shop that gave me no run around. Very impressed by all the staff, thank you!”

The first company called quoted almost 4 hours, the second company well over an hour, and Santiago was there in about 15 minutes. He was quick, efficient, got us out of harms way, and even showed us where to drop our keys at the dealership. Plus he paid a lot of attention to preventing further damage dropping it off. When my car started freaking out, revving the engine, different lights coming on, and just not acting right, I pulled over and called D&R towing to come and get me, well, and, of course, the car too! ? The very kind and friendly woman on the phone said to expect 30-45 minutes. Well, Don was there in 20 ? absolutely the shortest wait that I have ever had for tow, and sadly I can say that I've had more than my share, so, plenty of other experiences to compare to. This one was great! Don was competent, professional, personable, and totally made my day better ? While he couldn't erase the car difficulties, he definitely put in effort to provide excellent care and service ? We had a delightful chat on the way to drop both me and my car off at the shop. “Crash Champions Lake In The Hills truly went above and beyond to make not only my car whole, but myself as well. The repair process was lengthy due to the extensive damages from a car accident. The communication was always made by CC to make sure I was up to date on the current state of my car and the repairs. Due to back ordered parts and other hiccups they encountered through out the process, it did take much longer then intended. The shop manager Angelo made sure to stay in communication with me directly once he saw the length of time it was taking. He took extra steps to make things as easy as possible on me and made the process of physically receiving my car flawless. So far, the repair of the car itself seems excellent, I do know there is a life time warranty if I ever need to bring it in for any issues in the future, which is also a wonderful gesture of the shop all on its own. All of the staff that I interacted with or had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. “I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”

“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time. You know the saying, treat people the way you want to be treated, well that's how John and his guys are.Service: Steering/Suspension”

“got stuck in a hilly driveway after the 3/16 snowstorm. Nick arrived within 30 minutes of calling(they quoted 45-60 minutes). Nick and his helper got straight to work and attempted to drive my van out and then got the winch hooked up and pulled me out of the driveway. 10 minutes after they arrived i was on my way!! this was after another company showed and drove away...1st Class Towing is now in my phone replacing that other company. Fast service, answered questions when i was concerned and quick work to get me on my way...10 stars if i could⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“My 2014 Nissan Murano became completely disabled today in the Fox Lake Culver's Restaurant parking lot; with all my coolant leaking out into the ground, and white smoke coming out under the hood.
The restaurant manager saw I was in distress and called you guys for me. Liam promptly showed up and towed my car to the Nissan dealership. They had done coolant work on my car only 2 weeks ago!
Of note, I am a AAA+ member paying a high annual membership fee, and they could not get a tow truck to me for nearly 2 hours! I couldn't even talk to an actual person. I was in tears! Then Liam with your company came out in only 10 minutes!! I cannot say enough about how he and your company made a terrible day better. THANK YOU!!”
