“Took my friend to get a brand new 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid as not many dealers had it and my usual dealer did not have any currently and needed to wait. This dealership and especially our salesperson, Zach, are amazing, straightforward, and honest. I will definitely recommend them and it is a drive for me from Indiana but I will definitely bring my business and the friends that need assistance from here as they have transparency on a personal level with nothing left behind your backs. The sales manager, Leo, is honest and definitely a great person to deal with as he will listen to you and then keep working to get things rolling and finished for you. Recommend you to go to Zach and he will work to get the best possible deal for you whether it’s finance like us or lease with Leo to completely tie the ends properly. No add ons, no pressure to sell extras, and no mark ups or hidden fees. Will work around your needs and listen to you to work a deal for sure and Zach had helped us with the perfect car and deal on it despite being hard to source. Hidden gem dealership that you should not sleep on and try out at the very least and you will not be disappointed.”

“This will be the new mechanic. I'm going to take my car and from now on. They did an excellent job. They were so thorough. what I really appreciate is that they took their time inspecting, and extending the diagnostics. They did a thorough check on everything, and they didn't skip corners. The other mechanic that I have been going to for years wouldn't Have been able to get me in until next week. Uh, my engine light came on So when your engine light comes on, you're concerned, you don't want to drive the car and you don't want it to blow up right?? So I appreciate car, fix getting me in asap. ?”
“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”

“Got my water pump, thermostat, and cooling temp sensor replaced here. Cheaper than anywhere around and good quality work. Brad is straightforward and honest and you can tell he really cares about making stuff work. I’d trust this place to diagnose a cooling system problem over most other shops. Another shop told me my thermostat was the problem but Brad pointed out it was my water pump and he was correct. I’ve got an older car that’s missing bolts, etc. and they did an awesome job working around that while still just doing exactly what needed to be done. My engine no longer overheats and my cars not dumping coolant anymore. They’re relatively timely as well.”

“Was taking family members to O'Hare to catch a flight. 40 miles from airport and 100 miles from home, the oil pressure light came on in my 2002 Volkswagon Eurovan. Googled and called Sunset and spoke to Armando. He said bring it in and he will look at ASAP. Mechanic Joe diagnosed the problem. Oil pressure was OK, but the sensor is bad. They would have to order part, which my time frame did not allow. Armando said it is fine to drive, replace the sensor when you get back home. Was back on the road in 20 minutes. If you are looking for auto service to be done in the Waukegan area, give Sunset a call. Armando, Joe, and Nani.....lady at front desk were absolutely awesome. Good honest people.
