It’s starting to be very ridiculous coming to the bank on a Saturday morning. I am so sick of the line back up to the door and only 2 tellers. It’s not that hard to find employees.

I have been with Consumers since the late 70's. Have lived in 2 other states but continue to be a member. Can't beat their reward checking and customers service.

I was transferred to the supervisor . Waited for an hour And they hung up. I will be closing my account after 19 years
