I really enjoyed having him support me.Kelcy was also extremely helpful, as Tom wasn't as familiar with the new ordering system. Kelcy, seeing an opportunity to help, sensed I was in a rush and aided me in completing the transaction and taught Tom along the way. I'm not sure if Kelcy is a manager or not, but he sure seemed like he had the chops to be one. Unbelievably efficient and charismatic.”

“As a handyman, Menards is my go-to place! This is the only place I go to pick up building materials. You can drive right up to lumber piles in the lumber yard which makes loading super efficient. BE sure to go to the building materials desk and get a pick ticket. You can take the pick ticket to the checkout line and then pull your truck into the lumber yard in back for the most efficient loading!”

“Amazing customer service provided by Tanner Kuhn. We are building a new home and went to the clearance center in Highland Park to look for a kitchen sink faucet and compare prices to an online discount site. Tanner was so helpful, patient, and professional. As a result, we bought everything we needed for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Tanner helped us coordinate the fixtures and was patient while we compared prices to the online site. After a few comparisons, we stop and because we were confident that Tanner would treat us fairly. We are so happy that we went with Studio41 because there was considerable follow up post purchase. Everything needed to be shipped out of state. Prior to the shipment arriving, our builder had technical questions. Tanner was extremely responsive. Just can't say enough about what a pleasure it has been doing business with Tanner and Studio41.”
