“What an incredible experience working with Kevin, Joe, Brian and the team! We have never felt more cared for and confident in a mechanic. They were honest about what needed to be done with our cars, they provided a game plan for maintenance and upcoming costs, and went the extra mile with customer service in picking us up and dropping us off while they serviced our cars.”
521 W Washington St, West Chicago IL 60185
“This shop is amazing. Had an appointment today at 3:00pm to repair a tire. Went to drop the car off at 9:00am this morning. They got the car in right away and I was overdue for an oil change. The took care of both and I was on my way by 9:30. They are friendly and honest. Don’t try to upsell you on anything. And very fair priced.”

“I’ve been bringing my 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet to DAW for many years. This time it needed considerable attention that included both front and rear brake work including caliper replacement and CV boot deterioration suggesting axel replacement. Dwayne and crew did the usual masterful job, including hunting down the calipers they wanted, all for a reasonable price.”

“I've been coming here for over 10 years now. Tim and his team are always friendly and timely. Most important of all, I trust their advice. They never suggest doing something unless it's absolutely necessary and keep me apprised of any upcoming needed repairs etc. The prices are fair and beat the dealership for sure. Every time I have a non-warranty repair recommended by the dealership, Midas is always less expensive.”

“Terrific experience. I prefer to negotiate before I come in. I negotiated through email and agreed on a price. Came in and after the car checked out and sign my papers and left. Lou was super respectful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. No high-pressure sales. Dealer is a little bit farther away but I will definitely be returning for any warranty or service work. Also, I showed them what I was preapproved for through my bank, and they even beat that rate so I would finance through them. So we both won.”

“I normally only go to the dealer to work on my car but I stopped in and talked to the manager Joey and right away I felt like he was being honest with me and was totally fair with the price! I have now gone back to them 3 times! First for new tires and alignment then I went back to get the alignment rechecked about 9 months later. Yesterday I had my breaks all done! It’s nice to find a company you can trust!”

“I had a rusted muffler pipe that disconnected and started making a very loud noise. I stopped by on a Sunday morning, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained everything clearly. They gave me a very reasonable price honestly, I was shocked at how fair it was. I later brought them my Tacoma with a similar issue. The repair required a little more work, but again, the price was super fair. I’m very pleased with the service. Fast, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them!”

“While picking up my camper at at storage facility close to VJS, I found that the pin lock on my hitch would not work with the key and it I needed it removed to continue with my camping trip, after 5:00 when all mechanics where closed except John. He got it off no prob, a life saver. While not an acutal auto repair, he did not charge me for the small amount, I wanted to thank him again.”
