I've been here for only two months and they doubled my rate from $78 to $156. So, beware of this place, they're leveraging your situation and using it against you in order to get you moved in and then double your rate knowing there's a very low chance you'll move all your stuff elsewhere to avoid the increase. I'm fine with rate increases, but not this scam of a 100% increase, especially not after I just moved in two months ago.

I rented some space at Extra Space Storage on Garys Mill Road in West Chicago, and was very pleased with the experience. Sam walked me through everything I needed to know to be a successful tenant, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean and well organized. I'd definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

Patti was exceptionally helpful. We needed a large space urgently, and she was able to pull some strings to help us out. Every time we needed help, she was kind and friendly. Great service

We rented a small unit at the Extra Space Storage on Gary's Mill Rd in West Chicago online. When we arrived, the gate code worked fine. The site manager, Pattie, was ready for us, showed us our unit, and was very helpful in answering questions. The unit was clean and just as expected.

I was first introduced to Extra Space Storage today from the Labor Day sale. I met Patty, the location manager, and she was a delight. Knowing that she would be the person that I would be in contact with, sealed the deal. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. She is definitely a 5 star person. ESS is lucky to have a person like Patty.

Great place and Patti is OWESONE. Very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, helpful. It very pleasant at this storage facility. And Will is a good ad to the facility as well.

My experience with Extra Space Storage, West Chicago has been outstanding thus far. The store manager, Pattie, was very knowledgeable, responsive and considerate in helping us with our storage needs. The price was also favorable among other competitors. I don’t have anything bad to say!
