I was very impressed by the staff at this branch. We were greeted at the door by a helpful gentleman and then referred to both Ana and the branch manager. Our questions were handled professionally and in a kind manner.

I agree with all those negative reviews I read. It is a bank with terrible service.No one answers the calls and when I drove there since no one answered, the manager was smoking cigaret outside the building. Even though this branch is close to home and convenient, I wish it closes permanently, there are other better choices I can make

This is the most horrible branch with the worst THE WORST employees! No courtesy! Not polite at all! Forget about being in service industry… employees here don’t even act ethically to customers! Kristina is horrible.. every single employee is horrible! I wish I can get this branch closed! I never complain but imagine if I am.. their level of being rude ! You all need to go back to basics ! Horrible Branch Manager! If you like getting disrespected, Humiliated and told to go to Starbucks for restroom use?! I wouldn't open a secret Santa Christmas Club Savings account for my kids with them. Rudest Branch Manager ever!!! Many other banking Institutions to use and get treated fairly. Watch out if you choose to do business with them.

I was thinking about switching to fifth third bank, but no one will even answer the phone or call you back if you have questions. All I wanted to know is whether there are safe deposit boxes at this location.

I had a savings account with 5/3 since 2016 and it was fine. They switched it to a checking account without notice. This new checking account charges me monthly if I don’t deposit at least $500 a month. I am a student who was laid off due to COVID-19. I won’t be able to deposit $500 monthly. I am closing out all my accounts with 5/3 and switching to Chase due to poor customer service and lack of communication with their accountholders.

Ray Amra misled me and lied to me. It was the worst customer service ever. When I confronted him, he denied the whole thing. Not to mention that I had to wait 1 month to see him and then waste my time. I don’t appreciate people who don’t value my time.

Stay away from 5/3. The Manager here is a sniveling little s*** who refuses to do any hard work. On top of that, 5/3 auto paid my mortgage 30 days late for 9 months and refuse to fix it. Find another bank!
