Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”
