“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

“I could've sworn that I had already reviewed Heinz at least twice, but apparently not. I swing by here when I'm in town visiting family/friends. I hadn't been here since last year and came by today, and I was so excited to see the plant section fully stocked with some great houseplants. And the prices on some of the items are more reasonable than they've been in the past, so I was happy to see it. (Though some are still exceptionally high -- a 4" Thai constellation monstera is $99, versus $39 at Home Depot for the exact same size, which I also went to this morning). I snagged a 5-inch "swiss cheese" for $17, which isn't too bad (and is actually cheaper than the comparable one at Home Depot this morning -- go figure). I love that they have a bunch of small 2" plants too, many for under $4 -- great to try out something new without making a huge investment, or to combine together for an indoor planter box. They have lots of cute planters, garden decor, and other seasonal goods, too. Definitely worth stopping by regularly to see what they have.”

“Wheaton Mulch is unbeatable: superior quality mulch, fair prices, helpful website, friendly office staff, on-time drivers, excellent customer service. Simply excellent! Here's our story to prove it. Our back yard is one big perennial garden, so our standard order is 10 cubic yards of mulch. This year the delivery got messed up. What we ordered was 10 cubic yards of triple ground mulch mixed with compost. The Wheaton Mulch truck backed down the driveway at 7 a.m. and began dumping mulch - half brown, half black. We questioned the driver since the mulch and compost was supposed to come "mixed." The driver called in the question. Within minutes the Wheaton Mulch owner (Scott) called to say there had been a mistake. What we got was 10 cubic yards of double-ground mulch plus 10 cubic yards of triple ground mixed with compost. Scott asked what we wanted to do. The solution Scott suggested, which was more than fair to us as the customer, ensured our lifelong loyalty to Wheaton Mulch. By the way, I live in Wheaton--not San Francisco.”

“GROW has turned me into a crazy plant lady, and I’m not upset about it! ❤️ GROW is a treasure and tucked in perfectly on picturesque Third St in Geneva. It has become my go-to shop for not only plants but also for gifts, planters, and pick-me-up visits. I have even taken their Houseplants 101 class and loved that too! The owner, Laura, and her staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they love what they do, and they make plant shopping fun and low stress.Anytime I visit, the plants are healthy and thriving. There is a good mix of classic plants (more my style) and some rarer and more expensive items. I look forward to their Tuesday plant drops every week and love following their Insta account to see the new plants and learn tips and tricks. Highly recommend checking out GROW!”

“I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”

“This is a great Home Depot. The staff are friendly and there are some who have been there for years and really know how to help!We recently purchased storm doors and I apologize for not remembering her name, but she helped with everything, asked great questions and provided exactly what we needed. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

“I rate this home depot 5 stars but I must admit I was only in the Garden Center portion. Everyone was very friendly and helpful AND this is the ONLY place I have been able to find a variety of colors of Coral Bells (huecheras). 4 stars instead of 5 because they should mark the items that are burnt, dying and/or in bad shape instewad of displaying them at full price.”

This store should be nations award winning home depot in north america The first time they were awesome then second the third fifth and till the seventh times they were amazing You have to understand being Asian not many or most greet to you at first or kinda ignore your existence from time to time But not this location of Home depot! “I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8”

They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”

“Nothing out of the ordinary at this Home Depot. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. The associates here are helpful and one even proactively asked us if we needed help. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”
