“I was drawn in by their half off dental cleaning this month. I got my cat’s teeth cleaned and all went well! They called me the day before to remind me and then, day of, they gave me an update that she was doing well around the time they said she would. This is definitely a no-frills place from my experience, it was very in and out with not much chatter in between- but what more do you need? Fair prices and my cat seemed well cared for.”

“What a great experience it was bringing our dog to this clinic. It was professional, clean, on time and we were provided great insight as to why things are being done. Sometimes, people go doctors, get their orders and continue on. The doctors here explained why things are needed and equally important, why things may not be needed. They never push any products or services on their clients. It's refreshing to know that our dog is important and it's not just about the sales. It was a great experience. “I drive twenty minutes out of my way to go to this vet. I love how they've always taken care of my cats, often getting a diagnoses correct after other vets have missed the mark. (Backed up by a specialist I went to after my randall road visit, they correctly diagnosed my cats lung issue) the staff here are kind and really take their time with you. “I have been taking my Bernedoodle puppy to Cleveland Vet Clinic for a just under a year now (July 2025 - Feb 2026 and beyond), and please believe me when I tell you that they have taken such compassionate, wonderful care of him since he came into my life at 3 months old. He’s now 10 1/2 months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care.
Their hours are convenient for all working people since they are open til 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays, and, when they say they will call you back with info or an answer to your question, THEY WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK! The same night!
All the staff, techs, and doctors are fantastic at what they do; they are friendly and welcoming (thankfully ??) to new pet parents like myself, and graciously guided me every step of the way, which helped me make sure I was doing everything for my puppy on time and to the best of my ability so I could keep him happy and healthy!
Obviously I tried to learn as much as I could on my own before getting my baby ??, but there really is no substitute for the opportunity to ask questions and draw on the knowledge/experience of the medical professionals at Cleveland Vet Clinic.
My puppy Luca will be a patient here for years to come!!

“This is an extremely difficult review to write.
My fur baby (17, beagle) HATES going to the vet. He’s always hesitant to be touched and normally screams while there. Since he’s a senior and then some dog, most vets get impatient due to how anxious/stressed and painful he can be. This was not the case at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital.
The service from the front desk staff, vet techs, Tracy, and vets was 5 stars (from my husband, myself, and our fur baby). We were treated with empathy, patience, and the highest level of care. Henry (fur baby) was as comfortable as he could be throughout and he did not scream once. Kim (vet tech) and Dr. Sarah Morlock were thorough, patient, and kind. They answered any and all questions and provided estimates $$ throughout the process.
Unfortunately my baby did not improve and that is not for lack of compassion or care from the staff. My sweetheart went to rest here and we were shown empathy and care. We were able to make Henry feel as comfortable as possible - we brought his bed, blanket, and listened to music the entire time. We were given some of his fur and a paw print as a keepsake. I decided to have Hengers cremated and received him within a week.
I truly am grateful for the entire staff at Warrenville Grove. I HATE the previous vet (VCA Schaumburg) my baby went to and am extremely grateful Warrenville Grove Animal hospital made my entire family feel loved and cared for, especially my Henry.
Extra notes - they offer in house blood work with results. Results take about 20 minutes. Ultrasounds are offered here as well.”
“We have been seeing Dr Pat and staff for about 20 years. He is not only personable, but professional as well. He takes the time to explain things and not in a rush to get us in and out. They are the only vet in town as far as we are concerned.”
“I have taken my pets to Spring Valley since 2008. The doctors are so patient, calm, loving, and thorough. The staff is exceptionally nice as well. I highly recommend this practice!”
“All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are better than other veterinarians, as far as I can tell. Their basic yearly plan pays for itself within 3 visits, which is a great value! It's nice not having to pay for an appointment fee when my cat gets sick or has issues. As with any medical practice, I'd still say to do what you can to save money because typically what the professionals want you to pay for through them you can get for cheaper by yourself or by trying another method altogether, but this practice at least readily provides prices when asked and do not seem to be bothered when patients ask for them, unlike some places that seem to think asking about how much we'll have to pay is rude. They have empathy and you can tell they are real people with their own bills who understand their patients have a valid worry about costs. Their new location also seems to be much nicer and roomier!”

“My wife and I had the chance to see Dr. Kroll for a second opinion after getting mixed messages from our other vet. Not only is Dr. Kroll knowledgeable, but very experienced and thorough. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the multiple vet techs were very kind and organized. Our tech, Hope, was also compassionate in dealing with our dog. You can tell that the people who work there are true professionals that love animals. Highly recommend them as a primary care veterinary clinic!”

“I have not recently been as impressed as I was with Roselle Animal Hospital. We recently adopted a six month old puppy. Tragically, he pushed open the back door and when called home, he ran directly into a moving car and lost his life. The people at the hospital, Doctor to receptionist, could not have been nicer or more compassionate to us. They certainly went above and beyond for a new patient. In a world full of conflict, what a blessing it is to find good, caring people.”

“Great service and they are great with scheduling my dog in whenever anything comes up. Everyone is very friendly, Dr. Kopija is great with my dog, very understanding and happy to see him. I love that they always follow up a few days later to check how my pup is doing.
Updating this to say we still love Dr. Kopija. We now have two dogs and are very happy with their services. I also like that they often run sales for the yearly tick meds so it is great to do a one stop shop for their annual visit and meds.”
