“I knew, when I made the appointment, that this would go well because I was asked detailed and relevant questions. This groomer is careful about dog interaction and their vaccine status.My dog is a 40lb Belgian Groenendael. She is not easy to groom. She gets a shield of matting after a while. After her groom, I can feel every inch of her skin. She is so soft! And beautiful! I highly recommend.”

“Great place to take your dog to bathe them quickly and painlessly. My neighbors have taken their two goldens there and had a great experience so I tried it with my dog and it was so easy, inexpensive and worthwhile. It’s immaculate, the shampoo and towels are provided and the staff are always nice and helpful. Wonderful place and they offer a lot of dog food and treats.”
“I got a hamster today one of my friends named her bagel! She's a Syrian hamster and she's so cute and sweet. The workers were very nice and helpful. I'm also really glad they supply you with some bedding for the hamsters gunneia pigs and other animals in their carrier box so they are nice and cozy.”
“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”

“The staff at PetSmart have always done a great job grooming our 12 year old Golden Retriever. He is getting up there in age and has some pretty bad arthritis. It takes a couple groomers to help him stand for an extended period of time to get a good comb out as well as removing a lot of matted areas. He comes home pretty wiped out but in a few hours he is rested and roaming around. Thanks to the caring staff in PetSmarts grooming department. Great job.”
“I sent in an old pair of clippers that my Mom used cutting my hair when I was a kid, needed a new power cord. I got a hold of Chuck and he took care of everything. I couldn't be more happy with the results, these clippers are at least 60 years old, and hold a lot of sentimental value to me.”

“There's no other place for the best grooming for my dogs than this place. This was initially recommended by a friend, and everything is all fine when it comes to my pet, thanks to all of them. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I go in here for the grooming of my pet. They always make a pet more beautiful than they were. There are a lot of things that are about how good things are. They are really good at their job, like they are so skilled at handling pets and all of that. They also really care for the pets, not only because it is their job, but I can also feel how good they are with the pets. Every pet that I have seen that has just gotten finished grooming here is so nice. I never heard anything negative from the experience of others while using the product. I am just really thankful to them because they always make everything perfect with regards to the pets. They also accept what kind of groom you want for your pet, which is so nice and they really follow through when there is a request. The cute pets really deserve to be in this good place.”
