“The only place I take my dogs every 8 weeks to get their deshed & groom. I have two shepherds, one senior who is 14 and one who has had surgery on her back legs and they take great care of them. I swear they come back 10lbs lighter from all the fur they remove!”

“When my brother's trailer broke down near the Indiana border, the only store within 2 hours that was still open until 9pm was this Tractor Supply. He called an associate at the store and they found the leaf spring he needed. They were willing to stay a little after closing time if needed so we could make the long trip there to pick it up. We cannot express enough our appreciation for this store's associate for going the extra mile for us during an emergency!”
“We decided to start preparing for our future whites tree frogs. I saw this shop was having a sale and wanted to give them a try. I can honestly say I was really surprised. Every single employee I met was helpful, kind, patient and had a smile on their face. I have never been to a shop where I was treated with so much respect. My questions were answered in a professional way instead of me being lectured bullied or talked down to. They were not trying to nickle and dime at all. They didn't push for unnecessary purchases. They were flexible and understanding when we had a slight hiccup with one of the purchases Initially made. Highly recommend. I drove over an hour to get there and I'll gladly do it again :) you guys are awesome:)”

“Great Place! My dog Graley had her first water therapy session with Jessica and it was AMAZING! My dog has never been in a pool and Jessica made her feel so comfortable and safe. Graley LOVED it! I am so excited for Graley's water journey with the puddle. Owner Kathy was amazing, she took the time to help me and discuss a plan for Graley. She was so patient, kind and caring of all mine and my dogs needs. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend the Puddle.”

“The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family.We have to work with and learn about our dog and how to handle him.”

We went in thinking we weren't going to be able to get all of the supplies we needed for our new baby turtle, and not only did we get everything- but I accidentally dropped and broke a decoration which he helped me clean and not feel bad about and gave us great information and knowledge. She truly cares about animals and it shows. I would definitely recommend her shop--she carries a large variety of items and is very knowledgeable about anything regarding animals. “I've been shopping at Critters off and on since I found them in 2012. I just went back this week for cat food and remembered why I love this place. They have a great selection of high quality pet foods. They also hire animal-loving employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. They're so much better than a chain store.”

“There's no other place for the best grooming for my dogs than this place. This was initially recommended by a friend, and everything is all fine when it comes to my pet, thanks to all of them. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I go in here for the grooming of my pet. They always make a pet more beautiful than they were. There are a lot of things that are about how good things are. They are really good at their job, like they are so skilled at handling pets and all of that. They also really care for the pets, not only because it is their job, but I can also feel how good they are with the pets. Every pet that I have seen that has just gotten finished grooming here is so nice. I never heard anything negative from the experience of others while using the product. I am just really thankful to them because they always make everything perfect with regards to the pets. They also accept what kind of groom you want for your pet, which is so nice and they really follow through when there is a request. The cute pets really deserve to be in this good place.”

“Grooming aside because that does not apply to me but, this is a great location to find like fish or other pets like hamsters. They maintain and clean their habitats and the employees are really nice and knowledgeable. I cannot speak on the grooming service which I see bad reviews about under this store but that aside, this location is one of the best in the area to find healthy pets such as fish, hamster, or other small pets.”
