“Ran into Att with a goal in mind. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by Bradley who was an absolutely amazing individual. He had me all set with my purchases (2 watches and AirPods) and I was on my way in a matter of 20 minutes. It should be noted that even though the quick turnaround time, Bradley even made it a point to assist others while working with me yet I still felt extremely cared for and left as a very happy customer. Thanks to employees like Bradley, I’ll be heading back to ATT for all my wireless purchases. Great job on finding this guy ATT. You got yourself a good one!!”
“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”

He was very thorough and polite to others coming into the store while still helping us. I feel bad since the Elgin store is busy and could certainly use more employees. “I walked in with a broken phone that was out of warranty and was greeted by Omar. He was very knowledgeable and didn't apply the usual sales pressure that I normally get from phone stores. He was able to walk me through different models pros and cons and ultimately got me into a phone that I actually need without additional fluff that didn't matter. Overall pleasant experience after breaking a phone. Would recommend this location and Omar to friends.”

“While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”
