“I rented a 5x9 trailer. The pick up was a little slow just due to the system being finicky - trying the get picture of the front of the DL took a few attempts - but it was pretty straight forward getting the equipment otherwise so no big complaints. The system just needed some coffee haha. The drop off was super simple, just drove up to the return door, staff had me go to the same spot they attached the trailer around back, they detached the trailer, and I was on my way in 5 min. The equipment is in good condition, the staff is nice and efficient, can't complain.”

“Everything was great, but the only problem I did find was that, there was already a crack in the windshield, and I think a person should be let know if that before they are given a track to rent.
But otherwise it was great.
It was a small crack in the passenger side windshield, but none the less, the next person given that van, should be let known about it.”

“I feel that the service was excellent. I was impressed with the West Dundee U-Haul storage location. The storage lockers are inside with climate control. They have a garage to pull the vehicle into for loading or unloading. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a Great experience that I completely recommend.
