The service department run by James Loss was incredible. We were traveling 700 miles away from home and his tech Logan was able to diagnose the issue, and do updates very quickly and we were back on the road. I was very impressed by their kindness and willingness to help.

Eric in Service is so friendly and helpful. We called while on the road traveling through and pulling our 5th wheel when our check engine light came on, 30 minutes out, and he met us at the door to do a diagnostic. We talked through the result and got back on the road, no charge. So refreshing. Thank you Eric!
