“I had a fabulous service job to make an AC repair on my car. I explained my limited schedule and asked for an appointment time. They were fast at scheduling and fast at making the repairs. These folks put my car back together a couple years ago after I hit a deer - they were great then, too.
I pulled a real goofball move and left my wallet at the house, the service guy was super patient and I tried to navigate my phone and get him paid.

“I can’t say enough good things about Weeks in West Frankfort, especially their service department.
I recently bought a newer used truck from another dealership, and unfortunately, just a few days after buying it, the check engine light came on. A few days later, the high-pressure fuel pump failed and caused a much bigger issue. As you can imagine, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.
Thankfully, I ended up taking the truck to Weeks in West Frankfort, and from the beginning, their service team treated me incredibly well. Even though I didn’t buy the truck from them and none of this was their fault, they were understanding, patient, and truly fought for me to get everything taken care of.
I called about once a week for updates, and James was always incredibly kind and understanding. He never made me feel like I was bothering him, and he always took the time to explain where things stood and reassure me that they were doing everything they could to get my truck back to me.
A frustrating situation like this can really show you what kind of people you’re dealing with, and the team at Weeks made a bad experience so much easier. They didn’t have to care as much as they did, but they did.

“Wonderful customer service! I went in to get new windshield wipers and a tail light. It was around 30 degrees outside and that didn’t stop Willy from coming out and changing it all out for me! The wipers took him about 2 seconds and just a few minutes for the tail light. So helpful and kind. Highly recommend!”
“Eric and his mechanic were fabulous putting my transmission in despite a slight delay. Eric gave me a deal on my front brakes and brake hoses as he found the problem while I was there and installed them looking out for me. Little things go a long way. Eric even gave me a ride back home when he had to order the brake hoses and couldn't get my vehicle done the same day. I would definitely recommend him if you're in Franklin County or Williamson County in the Johnston City area.”
