“The staff at this branch are so friendly and helpful. I'm used to Chase and Bank of America staff around Oak Lawn. So I was ready for a probable irritated and unhelpful staff and at least a 30 minute wait.
Even the security guard greeted me. I said hi but did not expect him to direct me where to go so I kind of brushed him off. But he did direct me where to go.
My situation had me at the branch in the morning and could not be resolved. I then went home and contacted the specified department. They told me I could fax in the documents at a branch. I went back to the branch to fax. So even though I wasn't doing business that would make that branch money, they were quick to help. I interacted with two tellers, one banker, the manager, and security guard. And they all were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and seemed to actually like their jobs.”

“I've been with this bank for almost two months and I am very happy. I was able to open an account online, and go from there. All of the tellers are very pleasant and professional. I always have tons of questions, being a new customer, and everyone is patient with me. They pretty much go the extra mile and I appreciate that. I've yet to stand in a long line or wait in a long line in the drive thru. The lobby and waiting area is always clean, and there are plenty of seats in the waiting area. Coffee, water, tea is available as well as hard candy for the kids that may come in with their parents. I also like the fact that this branch is open until 6pm (one of the deciding factors for me opening an account with them). The only downside to this location is the parking lot. It's pretty small for a national bank; and the spaces are very small and close together. I did have to drive around about 3 times once because there weren't any spaces available on a Saturday afternoon. If there was a bigger parking lot, or an additional parking lot nearby, this location would be perfect.”
“BMO Bank have better services. They are fair with customer service. Other banks nickel and dime you every penny out of you. I'm glad that I opened my account online with BMO Bank.”
