“Came on Valentines Day with our family and the owner stopped us to vote for our favorite decorated booth and gave us $100 swap bucks (free money to spend!) Our kids had a blast finding stuff to spend it on and got SO MUCH”

“I have only gone to this location a few times and everyone is very kind. The store in general is very clean and organized. I do have to point out one worker, I believe her name is Angelica or Angela (I am so bad at names but she was working tonight 5/29 at around 8pm) She was absolutely, ever so sweet and helped me out with what I wanted today. I feel it’s important for workers to be recognized and she does. Shout out to you love also I loved your nails! 🌸☺🩷”

“I'm happy that the Five Below in Melrose Park is receiving an update recently, considering that surrounding Five Below locations have already been updated. This location, which is constantly busy with customers, never considered getting an update until now, and they are using the old Carter's building to extend the Five Below location just as an FYI.”
“I had not been to this establishment for quite sometime. Looks more organized, able to maneuver carts through aisles more easily, better lighting & a better selection of products. My only concern is coming into the store trying to hold the door open while pushing a cart inside”
“This is 1 of 3 dollar trees close to my house, but the only one I go to. It has a variety of products, though I wish there were more of the products I see by social media bloggers that make videos about their new finds. The only issue I have, is that it always has clutter from products that have yet to go on the shelves yet in the isles. However, this is common practice at every single dollar tree I go to outside the area as well.
I love buying their seasonal items because I work at a school in the lunchroom, and we have a front cork board we decorate for the various seasons/holidays. We also have a larger cork board we decorate as well. The kids love the holiday decorations we put up & get excited to see what we are doing next. I also love the solar stakes for the house to line the walkway & the garden areas. Also the door window hangers for the holidays/seasons.”
“As a Dollar Tree it's solid, shelves are stocked and it's kept really neat and clean. The reason I'm giving it five stars is because of the wonderful, wonderful lady at the register! I wish I had asked her name but I just want her to know that I think she made everybody's day a little bit brighter and happier with her positive and kind personality! “I like the store its big and it has alot of stuff only thing i put a 4/5 is because i asked if they have another keyboard in the back because the one that was in my hand was out of its package. The person didnt look in the back but its ok i understand sometimes u dont have to but i cant find the on and off button on this bluetooth keyboard so i take the batttery out, I also have to discoonect the bluetooth from the keyboard. I just cant find the stupid off button on here so i have to do alot to make sure its not pairing with my phone.”
“I went to this store and was amazed at how clean, organized and well merchandised the store is. Yeah, if you know, you know, most Family Dollars are a hot mess BUT not this one. While in there shopping, I heard customers being checked out inform the cashier that they too were impressed. When I got to the register I said it too. It just so happen to be the store manger that was cashiering. I can tell it meant a lot to hear this from the customers. She told me she is the store manager and has been at that location for 3 years. She didn't want her location to be what we have come to expect of a Family Dollar. I mean, merchandising and organization was never on my expectations when I walked into them but it is what I found at this location. I hope she recognized. She seemed to be the only employee working. Well done. Keep up the good work and thank you for raising YOUR bar.
