The quality of communication suffered a bit from Jannah after the pick up.
I understand Jannah doesn't have the dispatch information and their system gives more value to Dispatch communicating directly with the customer to uncover their needs, but I missed Jannah so much.
She is the kindest person I have ever spoke to.”
“Advanced Moving and Storage did a fantastic job for us! The crew of 3 men were very careful moving large heavy carts, conduit, plastic bins, ladders and quilt racks for our show. They also helped us to place all the many parts at the venue before and after the show! It was a pleasure to have them be involved!!
They were knowledgeable about how to arrange the pieces to fit best and to not be damaged in the process!!!

“This is my second move with Pack-Men! I chose them again because the quote was reasonable and affordable compared to other moving companies. On the day of the move, Erwin and his team were amazing! They were fast, efficient, and organized. They wasted no time loading all the items onto the truck and unloading them to the new place. I also had my bed dissemble and assemble during the move and the whole process was completed within the estimate of 4 hours. Very professional and nice people. They were also accommodating and placed all the furniture and items to their respective areas. I highly recommend Pack-Men if you need to move!”

“Franklin and Jorge were great last minute movers that took care of my client’s moving needs. I was impressed by how they wrap everything and how they moved efficiently. They went above and beyond helping my client and made moving very easy. A studio apartment move was done in around ~2 1/2 hours. The only thing is to expect the invoice to increase due to the amount of wrapping they do, as well as being aware they will also be asking for a tip. Great movers for a fairly affordable price, especially last minute.”
