“I am very pleased with the manager whom I dealt with. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Regarding delivery, he was very accommodating. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I made the mistake a few years ago of going to the Dump and didn't get a Lazy Boy. I had Lazy Boys in the past and should have stuck with them. The couch from the Dump had an indentation from where I sat. This never happened with Lazy Boy. Lazy Boy products sell themselves. That's how well they are constructed.”
“Good service and delivery was fantastic. The sofa we ordered couldn't fit through the door and they took the door off, sofa in, door back on. Easy, fast, great service.”
“Friendly staff, very friendly delivery and patient layout positioning. There was some confusion about retroactively getting the labor day price but it got worked out.”
“Moe Ali, awesome, great customer service personality. All around a great employee. He needs a raise. Sexy, built, just an awesome person. More Suleiman you are so shy. You seem like a great person just need to put your big boy pants on and don't be shy. If you don't think anything about yourself who is going to. I know you can do this.
Thank you so much.”
“Mabel’s Market is the cutest store! They literally have something for everyone within every budget. Sommer and her staff are delightful and have really done an amazing job growing downtown Lemont with so many wonderful events! Shop local and Shop often! ❤”
“Such a cute wonderful place! The woman working was very kind and helpful answering all our questions and had some great suggestions for us. The plants and flowers were beautiful and well taken care of. If you have a chance to go….go because you are not only going buy great plants, you are supporting a wonderful mission.
They do have other things there to buy like soaps, socks, and stickers made from local small businesses.
You can also sign up for their buying program to earn points with every purchase, which then can be used for your future purchases!
And don’t forget to say hello to the resident bird too!”
“Excellent sale workers were putting stock out and when I ask them about items they just pointed me towards the front and I still couldn't find the item the cashier was very friendly.”
“My husband and I purchased a sofa in March, 2026. Our sales person, Kaila was excellent! She helped us pick out the firmness of the cushions, the firmness of the back of the couch the material for the couch the material for the pillows with such ease. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience so we just wanted to say thank you.

“First time here and I'm definitely coming back. They offer a great selection of seasonal items. Everything is so neat and well put together. The ambiance is great, and it smells amazing as soon as you walk in.”
“A gorgeous store that has snacks from my childhood. The employees are always kind, and i loved bastille day celebrations. I also frequently purchase gifts for family members here.”
“Every WFF order I have placed with Fairy Tales has been received in excellent condition. Their packaging of such fragile items is exceptional. Their staff is very helpful and I never have to worry about ordering from Fairy Tales. Great store.”

Heather was amazing.

“Got a VHS-C camcorder and 2 VHS tapes for $10. They’re always fair or even incredibly generous with their prices and are kind when I go. Rock on, get the cheapskates, Martin!”

“Becky did a wonderful job helping us decide on a new bed. My wife and I were especially impressed by the way she answered our questions and understood our needs. She’s a tremendous asset to Sleep Number!”
“Lots of cute little shops. Something for everyone. Two bakeries ?, coffee shop to go with it, candles, clothes, skin care. Needed a gift and it was perfect place to go. I'll be back for the holidays.”
“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”
“I found a great rug for my son's apartment and some very cool earrings. I love browsing her store. Her sense of style is beautiful and uncomplicated. Love it.”
“A gift shop like no other! If you are not able to find the perfect item for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, seasonal holiday and home decor, well it’s not out there. Only thing better than their inventory is their good old fashion 5 star service.
You must stop in and see this gem of a shopping experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Allison did a wonderful job working with us, helping us pick out three different coordinating tiles for our master bath and matching grout. She was great to work with and very nice! Would come back to her 10/10 times.”
“Ordered a very reasonably priced and good quality pre-owned couch for delivery. Called to schedule a time for delivery, the woman on the phone was polite and cordial and the date and delivery process was communicated clearly to me. Received the couch today at the scheduled time and the delivery men were very friendly and did a great job carrying it up three flights of stairs!!! Entire process was easy and well communicated, really appreciate the service.”
“For our first experience with costuming framing, we can’t be happier with how our pieces turned out. Angela was a pleasure to work with and helped us find a wood that pairs perfectly with our decor. We’re looking forward to coming back for future projects!”

“Well, it was a bit more expensive than I remember from my previous visit but, many options, helpful friendly staff. Parking at Oak Brook always awful. Fortunately the store is right accross the service road.”
“We were having some electrical work done recently and on a tight timeline and decided to update fixtures at the same time. I have zero design skills, so I came in looking for options to replace out dated fixtures but still match our older home. I was especially struggling to find a main overhead fixture for our living room. I met with Maureen and Carla several times, and they helped come up with a great solution to some challenging lighting issues in that room. They spent a ton of time with me to really get to know what we needed, look at pictures, etc. I absolutely love the new fixture, it was a great idea and I never would have thought of something like that on my own. Will definitely be back with any future lighting needs, as they carry a great variety that the big box stores don't and their design staff are wonderful.”
“Rachel and the entire staff are wonderful. I couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. I highly recommend this establishment, you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the entire team.”
“I didn't have much time to browse, around but I found the item I was seeking. Customer service was very helpful, and I hope to return soon because they have a lot of nice items that I would like to purchase.”

“I had some free time today between sessions so I walked around downtown Western Springs and walked into this adorable little shot. It was curated with some of the most adorable things very carefully selected items along with some vintage pieces. Everyone that worked there was especially nice and Linda even offered to wrap what I purchased up for me since it was a gift for a friend. I will definitely go back here. We need more places like this!! Def worth the trip!!”
