“I had a very positive experience today at BatteriesPlus in Glen Ellyn. I was desperate for an iPhone battery. The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. He even offered to stay late to complete the job if needed. I am completely impressed with this store, and especially the amazing staff at the Glen Ellyn location. Highly recommend…!!!”

“These guys were phenomenal. I had already been to another auto parts store and they couldn’t help me with what I needed. I came here and they went above and beyond. The gentleman at the front desk, along with Jorge took their time, double-checked everything, made sure I was getting the right parts, and really worked with me to figure it out. You can tell they actually care about helping customers instead of just rushing you out the door. Highly recommend!!”
