“Had my vehicle towed to Highline on 1/9/26 the day after my wife got water in the engine due to driving through my block when it was flooded with heavy rain water the night prior which then the car stalled and it wouldn’t turn on so it had to be picked up by a tow truck. Saturday 1/10/26 received a call from the shop notifying me of the steps they would need to take to address the issue which involved an oil drain and refill on the oil,transmission fluid and front and rear differential fluid change as well as removing the water inside the engine and replacing the engine filter. Fast forward to today 1/12/26 I was notified my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I am beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service and the great work that was done to fix me vehicle. My car runs even better than it did before! These guys did an amazing job and I will 1000% be coming here for future repairs as well as recommending this place to others. Thank you!”

“Great Company. My driver was stuck in IL needing an alignment. I called Saturday morning and they work by appointment only and didn't have availability until Monday. After explaining my driver just had two new steers and an alignment on the truck hours before and the steers are already worn through I was asked to bring the truck to them and they worked me in. And what an amazing job they done. I was provided computer printout showing before and after alignment stats. Based on the prior alignment stats it is evident the previous company did not perform the alignment only put two new steers on the truck. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them for anyone in the area. Wished they were at my homebase in Nashville I would take all my trucks to them for service. My driver called and said he can tell the difference immediately in how the truck was driving.

“Frank is just simply the best in the business of painting period. He can do anything. I had a batwing fairing that I wanted paint matched to my motorcycle and a picture on the front. Well, let me tell ya when I picked it up I wasn’t disappointed but totally blown away. Not only did the paint match perfectly but the picture I requested was amazing. I always get compliments on it. “My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire store in Lombard, IL. Alejandro was prompt and professional in assisting me and inspecting my tires. Unfortunately, the tire with a nail couldn’t be repaired, and Alejandro informed me that I needed new tires. After researching my options overnight, I called a phone representative to price match the tires I wanted with Costco’s pricing. I was able to have them installed the same day. Later, I realized I had missed an additional $80 rebate from Michelin. After reaching out to the store manager, Kevin, I was able to get the credit. “Came in due to a tire going flat. They gave me honest recommendations about my tires(saw the ratings on their device) and wasn't oversold on buying new ones as mine are still fine but getting close to that time of buying a new set.
Flat repair was free. Staff was friendly and communicated everything very well. They took me in before my appointment time, as I was early. They estimated an hour, took more like 30 minutes, if you don't count the talking and set up.
My only complaint is that whoever took my car in, wiped my inner window with some dirty rag or something. It was raining that day so obviously some condensation may have happened on the inner windows, which is what the defroster is for. Drove to work in the morning with a annoying film glare that I'm going to have to clean later.
(Yes, the service is free so why am I upset? I would of gladly paid for someone to not touch my car where service wasn't requested, than for me to have to waste time later to fix. And I find this to be a safety issue. I have a monthly subscription to car cleanings so this isn't something I did or left.)”
