My experience with Sparklight has been TERRIBLE. The phone has been cutting out since August 10th, and was reported to Sparklight. Since then, nothing but the runaround, excuses, repair appts that are cancelled, showing up unscheduled to "fix" the issue which is still ongoing. Replacements of cables, parts, etc, no resolution! Sparklight..WE NEED YOU TO FIX OUR PHONE!!! On top of that, paying for service that we don't have!

Can't get their website to work on several different browsers/servicers so I tried calling them and can't get through on the phone. I'll use a different provider. If it is this hard to get through to get service, I would hate to know how hard it would be to get through if there were issues. No thank you.

Service is over priced. They had a good run for awhile without too many interruptions in service. But that seems to be changing again. Customer Support is rude when calling for outage details, will give no info. For how expensive our service is, we shouldn't ever have an outage or at least tell us whats going on. If you want to operate like this lower the price by 50%.

When it works it’s … fine. When it’s down you basically get a shoulder shrug as to when it will be back on, no estimates no nothin, just a “we hope it will be back on soon” and that’s it.

I just got my service for internet installed. When I asked the sales rep about any additional charges that I would need to pay. I was just told the amount of the internet. No one said anything about any additional charges. Now I get an installation bill for $126.00. You are not better than scammers. When people ask about ALL the charges, that is what they need to know. Now I have to rob Peter to pay you people. I will never recommend your service due to your poor customer service.

I wouldn't recommend Sparklight to anyone. I have unfortunately had to have this service for my work for years because that is all that is offered ine my area. In which they take advantage of. Internet bills are high and the service is not very good. I have upgraded my internet multiple times to see if it would help. However I get disconnected multiple times a day and I have made verified with my job that it is my internet. No matter how many times I call or have some one come out still have the same issues. My internet will also go down multiple times in one week. When I call I get told there is an outage in my area and that they do not have an estimated time of when it will be fixed. I never receive a heads up when it will go down. In which I had to take unscheduled time off from work. With no reimbursement for the time it was down with one day being an all day situation. If you have any other options do not get Sparklight!!!!

I was a bit taken aback when I found out I couldn’t transfer my Xfinity account to my new apartment. They are all I’ve ever known to be honest. I didn’t know there was other internet providers. Haha ? Heartland Properties, owner of my building, recommended SparkLight. I’m bout 3 weeks in and couldn’t be happier. I’m a full time streamer and the connection/speed is top notch. No lag or delays. I haven’t hooked up my Switch quite yet. Hoping I can get some Mario Tennis going with my nephew in Tallahassee. I’m hoping and expecting the stream to be top notch for gaming just as it is fir video. I’ll def out in another review after I get it going. So far so Very Good
