They did that yesterday for an oil change, called me to say I needed a filter too and gave me a price for new tires which I had asked about last oil change. They did it all quickly so I didn't even need to borrow a friends car to go to an appointment. I was referred by a friend and heartily recommend Russ and Bob.”

“In general I don't usually lean heavy towards a gas station; especially coming from St. Louis where they have Quicktrip, which puts the competition to shame; though I will say that the staff here is definitely some of the friendliest around, even more so than what you would see in many other retail and grocery stores, so I like to give my business here where I can.”
