“I had been a customer for the last 10 years with two separate car loans. Both paid in full without any missed payments and always on time. They require a saving account in order to process a car loan. Just found out the savings account is now -15$ since they have been charging me
10$ non use fee and then 10$ since my account went below 100$ . That being said, it is really bad business to charge for an account they require. Called and they said my statements should have reflected the charges, but I never received any. I was going to apply for another car loan but not sure I want to do business with a company like this . Very disappointing from a loyal healthcare worker .

“Though I bank at an affiliated credit union, the associates always treat me as if I was a member of their’s each and every time I need to make a deposit or withdrawal from my account at their affiliate… and the funds are always available immediately as if I had made the transaction at my credit union!!!”

“While I am sure IBEW 701 as a whole are great, unless "the Code" is in place (no pun intended) Joe H. (not his son) has worked there for a long time. Asked if he had two masks, one for myself & for my child as we ARE medically compromised & was told NO, only to overhear Josh H., his nephew (works for Jewel Meat Dept.), say to a Nurse that Joe gave him masks & he could give her an N94 mask. Josh got his masks from his Uncle (Joe N95's), to which I saw a stack of them in his hands; It does not surprise me as both talk bad about me having very little to nothing to do with us & ongoing for many years prior as they do not know how to break their cycles. Keep up the good work IBEW 701. Stay Well & Safe! I am pretty sure Joe H. & Josh H. will, with their supply of N95's...as accepting certain phy. disabilities appears not to be in their "Code"!”
“In Naperville location, the Best person to talk to is Dan the Man. In so many places the manager sets the tone of the place and get people to come back for more and that man is Dan. Dan is very humble, polite and understanding. The other person I had pleasure to talk to is Lisa. Lisa is so polite & professional that I had saved her extension so, I could just speak to her directly. Keep up the amazing work you guys do in Naperville location.”
