I used FedEx for the first time,it was so confused to use the online making new shipping label,so I gave up and brought my big box to the Danada in Wheaton location at the last minute right before they closed to finish it for me, at first one of the girl helped me,but maybe she didn't have enough experience and she was going to charge me with the more expensive price,not the price that I saw on line when I tried to make the label,she asked Nicole to help,so Nicole stepped in to help me. Nicole was really nice,very friendly and very patient. She even helped me to put my FedEx account on my phone so I can easily access next time and able to use my account for the lower charge . Hope FedEx will hire more people like Nicole. Overall, she and other girl there were there helped me to get my package done without rushing me. I always used USPS for shipping packages, now I can see the price difference,I sure will use FedEx from now on, if you have the FedEx account you can save about a little more than $30 different for your package which was my package for close to 49 lbs. Compare to USPS prices. I'm still waiting for it to get there as scheduled about 2-3 days shipping. I hope their prices and service will continue to stay this great price and great service. I told all my friends about it. If you don't have account it probably about the same price as the USPS and USPS is for 2 days shipping. If 2-3 days make no difference to you,then I sure will choose FedEx. Thank you Nicole for your help and the other girl to get it started. Sorry I didn't get the other girl name. It was a relieve to get that huge box shipping on time without hassle,they made it look so easy.

This location refused my packaged after I dropped it off I revived a call from the manager Michael saying we can accept it as I need to drop it off at a shipping center location…..when this location is that! Rude conversation and not helpful at all! This is not the first review that I’m saying where they have refused packages. I was returning a prepackaged product - box and label provided by Apple.

I placed an order online for (1) corrugated plastic sign, but I guess the design was a little unusual because it was a repeated image of a smaller sign of which I needed six copies. I approved the design and hit "ORDER" for a pickup two days later. So when the fabricator called Patricia at FedEx (just before closing time on the day before it was due to be completed) questioning my approval for this unusual design, it was looking like it was going to add a whole day to the process. I really needed this sign on the original day promised, so when I discussed this with Patricia the next morning, she put me on hold and contacted the company RIGHT THEN, relaying my concerns over the delay. Patricia advocated for me and told the fabricator that the sign needed to be done on the day it was promised. Thankfully, they agreed to print it on time, but she would have the DRIVE TO BLOOMINGDALE to pick it up that afternoon in order for me to have it as promised... AND THAT'S WHAT SHE DID!! I was so ecstatic that Patricia was willing to truly "go the extra mile" to make sure my order was completed on time, and I'm so grateful she gave me 5-star service! The sign turned out perfectly, and I got my project done ON TIME, all thanks to Patricia!!

The folks here are unbelievably unhelpful. Not only did they refuse my package, but they also refused to give me the number for FedEx pickup and laughed at me when I requested help lifting the 100lb package into my vehicle.

I ordered copies online for pickup at the store.When I got to the store, the copies were ready. However, I wanted 10 additional black and white copies. So, Russel proceeded to make me the copies. Fine, except the b&w copies, cost almost as much as the color copies. So I asked why. There was a $2.50 surcharge because the copies were made in the store. Why didn't Russell tell me about the surcharge before making the copies and ask if I would prefer to make the copies! I could have made the copies myself and not have paid additional unnecessary Surcharge.When I complained, they said nothing could be done they flat out refused to do anything.Really bad business practices RUSSELL RIPOFF.

Put in an order for some contracts on may 3rd. Got a call a week later they apologized and said their printer broke. Checked in again today and they said there’s no order in their system. I even showed them the day emailed them the contract and called them.

Dan at the FedEx in Danada was super helpful. I was having issues with the resume paper I brought in, so he was able to recommend a nice paper for me to print my resumes and cover letters on and made sure that all the copies looked perfect and presentable. I really appreciated his help

Asked for an unlaminated sheet, in addition to the laminated ones. No unlamimated sheet was ready. One WAS printed for me, but it appears there was a $30 rush fee for it. I'm very unhappy with the way this went, as I've used this service before without issue. Now, I'll find somewhere else to do printing work. If there was going to be a $30 upcharge to get the thing I asked for on the first place, I would have figured out how to print it myself.

I was put in charge of my mother in law's funeral program and had them printed at this location. Since they were closed on Sunday *when I needed it, he called the Naperville store and had my order printed over there for pickup. The printing order was messed up on the PDF, so he took the time to fix the pdf to make sure her funeral program was printed correctly. Very grateful for his customer service in our time of need.

I just want to say, as an experienced customer service employee, I think that this store does well. I have been to numerous different FedEx stores in the area multiple times and the service here seems to be the most personable, peaceful, and professional, I have experienced.If you need to call the FedEx Customer Service number with a package issue (which in my experience has only been from my own mistakes) you do have to work the system to try to get through to a customer service agent but once you press one of the options and give your tracking number, FedEx has a reliable method of ensuring your packages’ delivery and always offers that you receive the necessary notifications.It’s true that the rerouting process is annoying but you will find employees here that will listen and help you with that process, as well as other things relevant to what FedEx has to offer, if needed.

Excellent shop for all office-work needs. Sent some Fax today. Received excellent help from (the only) employee on site. All machines are automated and they need the manual expert on site to get the lay user started.

Dont risk your stuff, these people dont take care of your items , they Throw it around like a garbage bad , On top of that, it will not get to destination on time .
