I love Osco Drug but their new AI assistant for refills takes longer than the old system. I verbally gave my Rx # twice for my dad's refill and it said it could not find it until I manually entered it. I'm not sure why they had to fix what wasn't broken. I love every other part of their service but this is disappointing.

Solid grocery store, with great selection, prices and beer/wine/liquor. There seems to be a branch on almost every corner, so you'll be close to one wherever you are in Chicagoland.
