“Never had a problem with the staff or getting my meds in a timely fashion, only stopped using them because I'm no longer in the area 5 days a week for work. The only reason I took a star off is because the system will not take no for an answer. Their system has repeatedly tried to ask for refills on meds I don't have set for auto refill, even after I told the staff I was using a different pharmacy. In one instance this caused my insurance to deny filling a script at my new pharmacy. But hey, if you don't need to change pharmacies 5/5 lol”

“I've been here twice for covid tests and their system is flawless! Make an appt online, drive up, and they'll help you self-administer the test. The next day, you get results, even for a molecular test. They bill your insurance, so there's no charge, as insurance is mandated to cover the test. When I went to urgent care for a test, I ended up paying a $100 copay. Love CVS.”

“Nice and new. The car wash seems to let you select soft cloth or touch-less. Only used soft cloth and it rinsed clean and did not leave any suds lake many other car washes do.”
“I visited CVS in Wheaton today after work to pick up medication. The pharmacy tech was busy with people at the window, phone calls, and someone waiting for a vaccination. She was training a new tech, who was friendly and expedient. An irate customer at the window was verbally abusive them, but they handled it in stride. People in the health service industry, whether it be pharmacists, nurses, EMTS, doctors, and so on, have a difficult job. I commend the Pharmacy staff today for their grace under pressure.”

“I went to pick up my 3 year old's prescription about 15 minutes after the doctor sent it in. They initially said that it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half, but I asked if they could fill it asap since I was there with my crazy toddler. They were so nice and were able to have it ready in about 15 minutes while we waited. I heard 2 other costumers complaining about issues while we waited, but they were very accommodating to us!”

“Busy location--at both the photo counter and pharmacy. I didn't mind the wait at either area, as everyone was visibly working hard. Received pleasant customer service. Entire store is immaculately clean and well maintained. Every aisle was stocked and organized.”

“Super helpful man working at the desk was assisting me with figuring out why my car wasn't starting. and that is NOT part of his job so it really goes to show what kind of guy he is. the bathroom didn't have TP.. so that's the only reason for a 4 rather then 5 star hahaha. definitely grateful for the man's efforts in helping with my car. the inside of the station is nice and has a great selection of everything you need. would definitely recommend :)”
“As an employee I must write this review!I’ve worked in that location for 5 years with Bucky’s and now a year for Casey’s.I have been through numerous store managers.My manager now is Deno Scali and I have to say he is one of the VERY best managers I’ve had. And believe me I’ve seen all kinds but he truly is the best. He’s very hard working and helpful. I just hope we can actually keep him at our location so we can grow as a family!When they continuously change store managers the store seems to fall apart.Deno is very detail oriented and he speaks very kindly to employees and customers.Please keep him at this location!!!”

I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was working at 11pm that night, and he was awesome. And if he's reading this, thanx for letting me use your phone and the bathroom, AND I finally found my phone when I went through the car again before hitting the dusty ole trail. What a night!
