“I wanted to do what I thought was a simple exchange. That now has to be done at the checkout lines. Ugh. Anyway, a couple employees did their best to assist with some Kohl's processes, but the Kohl's system was not cooperating. Cindy the store manager was called over and did and outstanding job of listening, resolving the issue, being pleasant, and keeping a smile throughout. So I remain a Kohl's customer”

“Went in to get my daughter some birthday gifts and Brittany (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) was super sweet and helpful!! She helped us find the anime and Nirvana tees that my daughter wanted..let us know about sales.. I had my 1yr old with me and he dropped a toy, she called and let me know that that’s where he left it. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely be back to this location”

“The GM knew EVERYTHING, I hadn't had a pair of 5.11 shorts in 8 or 10 years, so when I saw 4 different models, I didn't know where to start. He pulled all of them off the rack, showed me the differences, and made me feel at home, I came within 15 minutes of closing in a mad dash, but he took the time to systematically explain everything to me so I could make it an informed decision.
I came back a couple days later, to make an online return and was greeted by a gentleman from Jersey, who was equally knowledgeable, and also made me feel right at home.
These two gentlemen made a lasting impression on me and I will be back!

Not only is the service fantastic, but also the associates can determine size by sight. And then there is the affordability factor. I cannot recommend Signature for Men enough. “Gerard was exceptional in helping my son get fitted for prom he was very kind and helpful. Listen to my sons wants and needs and also has very great taste in helping put the final touches together. My son has autism and not all fabric goes with his sensory issues. But Gerard was great in explaining what he was doing not to alarm my son and provide the best service. Trust me he's great my son doesnt like people touching him and Gerard did his fitting measurements in such a great manner my son didn't budge and allowed Gerard to get his size. The customer service here is so welcoming and inviting I will definitely be using this men's warehouse again. Thank you for such an amazing experience it was my first time ever doing this and he made the experience great. He never once got frustrated just smiled and great assistance. “My boyfriend and I drove an extra 25 minutes past a closer store to come to the Bolingbrook location based on them having better reviews and they did not disappoint. We were able to get a suit same day and were in and out in less than an hour. Mike and Nick made our first-time experience super smooth and easy, they even apologized for the very short wait we had, even though it was not even 5 minutes. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable. This location lives up to the reviews I've read, will definitely be coming here for any future formal attire needed.”

I’ve been shopping there since I was a kid, back when it was Marshall Field’s, so walking in brings back a lot of great memories — especially from high school days.
The people there are what really make the difference. I even recognized one employee from before, and the engagement was super friendly and genuine. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The store is always well-organized, they’re constantly restocking and straightening things up, and it makes shopping easy and enjoyable.
The clothing selection is top shelf, and we ended up buying our brand-new suits there — couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.
Thank you to everyone at Macy’s Aurora for keeping it such a great place with a great environment. You brought back some amazing memories, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism every time we shop there.”

“Carri, the store manager, was a HUGE help getting my groomsmen setup for our wedding. We initially had an issue with the look we had not saving to the account issuso my groomsmen would’ve gone in to get fitted and likely had some issues. She jumped right in and helped me over the phone, and I ended up going in with my fiance to make sure we had everything locked in right. Carri explained everything thoroughly and was super friendly.
