“David was very helpful and professional to find the perfect size of storage for me and my family. He explained everything about the facility and had a great sense of humor. Thank you David keep up the great work and customer service !”
“They did such an awesome job. My husband’s been using their services since he was a teen and his cars have always looked great. If you ever need tiny use them.”
“Nick, the store manager, was very helpful in navigating us through some complications with our contract. He even offered us bottles of water because we’re were very exhausted after the moving process. This location has great customer service and a very understanding team, that will do their best to make sure everything is as smooth a process as possible.”
“Staff was very helpful and got us out the door quickly with our auto transport trailer. And I appreciated the way the treated the elderly gentleman in front of me in line.”
“The owners here are great, so friendly. They know trucks, rates, moving equipment and moving strategy better than any U-Haul I’ve been to. I’ve used this location a few times and their approach has always been “what can I do to make your move easier at the lowest rate possible?” << you can’t get better than that. 10/10”
“Staff is good. I just dont like the Uhaul's policy of pick-up cancelation... I scheduled trailer pickup at 3pm. Was there at 3.33 and my appointment was canceled though policy states that I have 1 hour for pick-up. So I was asked to come back next day....”
“I have been using A1 Storage for several years for seasonal storage. They are friendly and very responsible. The facility is very clean and very secure. I highly recommend them.”
“I rented a 41' aerial lift (boom lift) and I have to say the machine was amazing. Much better pricing than Home Depot and others. The staff there is very helpful and patient to explain the operation as well. Highly recommend Buttrey.”
“The cafe is modernized with the ability to order food online or in person in a kiosk and usually self pay. I like the grill station and is the only station I actually go to out of 3 station they have. Would recommend the Parmesan chicken sandwich. Sadly, this is a locked facility and only employees are able to come in.”
“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”
“The Brexis team is incredibly responsive, timely, flexible, and yet, still friendly and human. A combo that's hard to find in the logistics industry! The pride in their family-operated business is clear and I'm thankful for their support as I grow my business.”

“Ed was professional and courteous. He even provided me with a complimentary roll of tape for a few of my boxes. I recommend this Uhaul location to all my family and friends. Excellent customer service.”
“Picked up a 6 by 12 trailer for my move to San Antonio after doing my pre trip inspection tires were low on air and lug nuts were loose on some wheels other than that everything was fine”
“The staff were friendly and professional. I received clear instructions of what to do prior to driving off in the rental vehicle. I would come back to this location again.”
“The gent helping me was polite, quick but attentive - and offered excellent suggestions and helped me avoid any fees that were not necessary. Excellent service, great place.”
“We like to do business with local businesses, and this Uhaul is in our neighborhood. We got the vehicle we needed, and it was an easy process. The staff were personable and made the process go smoothly. We will use them again and recommend the BP gas station and Uhaul truck services.”
“I have used upwards of 15 different uhaul locations and I generally prefer Penske and home Depot due to the trucks themselves, however this location stood out to me as the cleanest and most well maintained uhaul trucks I've ever used, thank you to the people keeping the trucks clean and driving smooth!!!”
“A Guy named Mehdi is a Clerk who is really helpful, understanding the customer needs with lot’s of patience & providing excellent customer service for U-haul & Store”

“We had a great experience renting a Uhaul truck from the Marathon station. The service was quick, professional and helpful. The truck was clean and in great condition. We were given complimentary beverages.
Thank you for the friendly service!”
“I have my own business and I have tried many local truck rental /storage locations and never too happy with one until I tried U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream. Trucks are always clean and in great working condition. The storage units are always clean with easy to use over head doors. But a big reason I have continued to use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream for years was because of Catherine the mgr. When I heard she left U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream I thought I might have to find a new provider. I met the new Mgr DeShawn and I could hardly believe that he surpassed the great service I have received for years from Catherine. In today's world this level of knowledge of the job, friendliness, and a true desire to help is almost non existent! I highly recommend Mgr. Deshawn and U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream!!”
“Naperville Crew was very polite and helpful. Also the car was excellent. I Would Go Back There And I Would Refer My Family and Friends Too Go And Get their Car in Naperville!”
“The entire process was so convenient. I checked in using the app but used the staff at St. Charles Motorcar to checkout. Quick, efficient, friendly and professional service. Thank you for your assistance. I will be back.”

“Elizabeth and Micah were great! Showed me different options (because I couldn’t picture the size without seeing it) and walked me through the entire process. They are awesome and the facility is clean and accessible! Highly recommend!”
