“It's great to have such a wonderful Verizon store in our neighborhood. We came in over the weekend with a broken phone on a different carrier and about 50% of the information needed. Natalie and Isabella were amazing and really went above and beyond helping us find all the information they'd need, solving problems along the way, and getting us the exact new phone we were thinking of in that one visit. I walked in expecting them to send us away to get more information from the other carrier, but they took the time to work through it with us and get us set up on the spot. In a world where so much customer service is moving to automated AI call centers and self-service web sites, it's really great to have actual helpful humans to get through all our challenges. Definitely recommend visiting them if you want great phone service.”
