“My brand new (18 days old!) LG dryer suddenly stopped heating, and LG sent L Electronics to fix it under warranty. I was nervous when I saw the many bad online reviews, but I had a very good experience. They sent two people, who arrived when exactly when they said would. They ended up having to disassemble the whole dryer, and discovered a sensor next to the igniter was broken. They had the part with them and replaced it within an hour. I now have a working dryer. LG (the appliance manufacturer) was a nightmare to deal with over the phone, and it's very frustrating to have a new appliance break, but no complaints with L Electronics, the local service company they sent to fix it”

Ultimately, for just $20 shipping, they replaced our microwave with a rebuilt unit. Now two years later, the replacement microwave is sparking. Is it us or Sharp's products? Can't say for sure - but what I can say is that once again, they replaced - this time with a brand new model for just $50. And - they overnighted it to us! So again - yes the unit broke down in record time, but there responsiveness and service has been unparalleled.”
