Customer Service is definitely more than 5 starts. If there were a higher choice, that would be mine!!.
I walked in at 5:03pm and they did not refuse me for the service I required. I will be transferring all my banking to 5/3 bank!!!

They were too busy to open the door at 9 and me and another customer had to wait outside

I was banking here before it became 5th 3rd. After years of coming here, I am still satisfied EXCEPT the drive in lanes are quite thin. I have a 07 ford pickup that squeaks thru with 1" clearance on side mirrors and the mirrors are small. I guess architects aren't as smart as they used to be.
