“I've been with U.S. Bank since 2001. They've caught hackers 3 times from 3rd World countries trying to access my account, stopped someone who got my info off my chip card by just walking by me at a store in Las Vegas, who then proceeded to purchase 2 items, but thank goodness, fraud dept. figured out it wasn't me & shutdown card. I have always been reimbursed all money, no hassles. I have no complaints.”

“I was banking here before it became 5th 3rd. After years of coming here, I am still satisfied EXCEPT the drive in lanes are quite thin. I have a 07 ford pickup that squeaks thru with 1" clearance on side mirrors and the mirrors are small. I guess architects aren't as smart as they used to be.”
