The tow driver Rick was great. He gave me good advice to call for local towing and then submit the bill to the insurance company. Otherwise, Progressive was going to take 3 hours to get me.

Just got my car towed due to parking where I shouldn’t have. My mistake. Paid 350. Credit cards are not allowed. Witnessed a fun interaction, I understand people might not Be fans of tow companies but respect goes both ways.
