“The Tech was cool. Did a coolant flush, came in, got my car within 15 mins of my appointment time, waited about an hour to finish. No complaints, and price was definitely fair for the quality. I saw they used “Peak” brand coolant which means they don’t cheap out on quality.”

“I met with Bob Horcher and explained that the Toyota dealership told me I need a PCV Valve replacement and it would cost about $700. After inspecting the car, and not detecting any problem with the PCV Valve, they pulled out the Manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedule from my glove compartment and it was not indicated that this work was due at this early juncture. I had suspected Toyota dealership may have been trying to upsell me on services not needed and I appreciated the feedback from people who I have known to be honest auto repair people. I highly recommend Horcher's for any automotive work. Bob Horcher did not charge me anything for his efforts.”

“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”

“Everyone here was so pleasant! I would definitely come here again as my go to mechanics and would highly recommend anyone coming here! Seriously everyone was so kind and informative. The mechanics Jose and his coworker (I didn't catch his name) showed me exactly the issue and explained what were next steps. The front desk personel were amazing and super friendly. They are also Spanish speaking friendly which definitely felt welcoming! As a young women, I definitely felt safe and informed on every step of the way! And for a great price too! I'm eternally grateful for everyone here! What I got fixed was my muffler! - Joceline E”

He explained everything clearly, didn’t upsell unnecessary work, and genuinely cared about getting things done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Finding someone this honest and reliable is rare — he has been caring for my car since 2022 I’m so grateful I found him.”

“Nice small independent auto maintenance shop. Jason is confident in his trade and the staff is polite. I bought the OEM parts online, and they installed them. The price was better than big brand name shops. A slight wipe down of the exterior before handing back the car would have made this 5 stars. Loaner car offered was helpful.”

“I wanted to wait a couple months to leave my review to test the quality of the repairs that were done to my vehicle. My car was in an accident that damaged the front driver side. I expected to have to jump through a bunch of hoops with insurance and an auto body shop to get our car repaired… But this place blew away all of my expectations! Patrick was so incredibly kind and communicative. He was always on top of it and even going to work for me and my family if by reaching out to the insurance companies himself. He went above and beyond in every way. And after driving my vehicle almost 1000 miles since the repairs I can say with total confidence that they did a great job preparing the vehicle. I have never wanted to try to recommend a company to other people more than I do this auto body shop. It was such a great experience!”

I arrived at 5:30 and they were able to get me in. They checked my oil levels and changed my oil on spot and fixed my broken muffler pipe. My car was so loud I couldn’t stand driving it around for another day! I’m happy they’re were able to get me in right away and for a great price too! Highly recommend”

“I never expected to leave a positive review for a towing yard, but the team genuinely earned it. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and understanding during a difficult situation. The towing team arrived right on time, was professional and knowledgeable throughout, and handled the car with exceptional care and attention. Larry was especially helpful, walking us through the process step by step and clearly explaining what would happen next and what to expect. His patience and professionalism made a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciated the way Larry and the entire team treated us.”

“Bobby was excellent to work with. Very responsive and resourceful throughout my experience. He helped me organize everything from the loan application, which rebate to choose, the best way to go about accessories, and even helped me understand the best ways to ship the vehicle to California. He was also very generous enough to video chat to show me the truck when it arrived and even took extensive photos/videos for me before being loaded. He even negotiated with the driver to put my vehicle right behind the cab, so it had less chance of getting hit by rocks or other debris. You would be crazy not to work with these folks. Midwestern hospitality at its finest!”
