Fantastic store with fantastic employees. We had our light pendants fixed there and we are very happy with the service. We will definitely be back to get more light fixtures in the future.

We purchased a light to go over our dining room table there. We were not sure exactly what we wanted as our ceiling was really high. They worked with us to pick out the a really nice piece and it was installed very quickly.There were some hicups during installation, but they worked with us and they were quickly resolved. The installer who has been with them forever was very professional and knowledgable.Now we have a new light that changes the entire room. We will use Jacobsons for our future business

It is friendly and has many modern chandeliers and lights. It's currently on a 50 percent discount, so it's worth a visit, but the price is high.

Was surprised that most of the lighting we picked was taken right off display, only a couple items were in original box. Feel like there should be additional discounts for display items. It's not like we know how long it's been out collecting dust and using up bulb/LED life. Of the 9 ceiling lights we picked , three were in boxes, three were from display, and three were special ordered. Yes, the wait time for special orders is like two to three weeks. Just waiting to get their electrician to come install all the lights (for the additional cost).

The selection here is unreal and the staff is very helpful. I've read some of the reviews here and I was dumbfounded. One reviewer hit the nail on the head: amazon. Everyone has grown accustomed to getting everything within 48 hours that they forget the value of brick and mortar. Sure, you can order a light online but you'll never see it or how it actually looks until you install it. Have fun taking it off and hanging a new light. Or, you can come into a place like Jacobsen Electric. You get to see an insane amounts of lights, fans, etc. You get advice and great service and a fair price. We have gotten lights for 3 different homes from Jacobsen, and we would never consider going somewhere else or going online. If you care about lighting, you want to come here!!!

Bought some beautiful fixtures here. A real mark of a great business is when things don’t go perfectly and they make it right with no difficulty. Brett took good care of me. And their electrician is also amazing, working out solutions for some difficult applications to make sure I got what I needed. He is reliable and great to work with. Very happy with the whole company!

I've purchased many fixtures from Jacobson in the past. I ordered a new chandelier and two semi-flush mount fixtures in November. The flush mounts didn't arrive until May. The store was not at all proactive in communicating the delay to me. It took my calling month after to month to check in and see the status. My install was finally scheduled for last week and the chandelier was missing parts. I contacted the store and have yet to hear back on timing or how they will rectify the situation. While they have nice products, the customer service leaves much to be desired. This will be my last order with Jacobson.
