Jacobson Electric is a well-stocked lighting store offering a wide selection of lighting fixtures, chandeliers, fans, and more. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who provide good service and expert advice. The store is known for its extensive variety, including modern chandeliers and display items, with many pieces available at discounts during sales events like 50% off. While some items are taken directly from display, customers feel that additional discounts for display pieces would be fair, especially considering the age and usage of these items.
The store has a reputation for quality installation, with professional and knowledgeable installers who work diligently to resolve any issues quickly. Customers have purchased fixtures for various rooms, including dining rooms with high ceilings, and are pleased with how new lighting transforms their space. Although there can be some waiting time for special orders, most customers find the wait worthwhile. The store offers the benefit of seeing and choosing fixtures in person, which online shopping cannot match. Overall, Jacobson Electric is considered better than big box stores, providing a great shopping experience, helpful service, and reliable installation, making it a top choice for lighting needs.
Great selection and helpful staff throughout our buying process. They were there to provide the needed support during our installation, even mailing us a few pieces that were missing from the original lighting fixture when we unboxed it. I recommend this place for your lighting needs, thank you Jacobson Electric!
